Margaret Jefferies is the Chair of Project Lyttelton, a grass roots community group which holds the vision of creating a vibrant sustainable community. Margaret is a visionary whose leadership style is to create a culture of possibility by believing in the innate wisdom and strength of the people in the community. Margaret encourages a shift from "I" to "we" thinking; the learning to trust one another. She likes to focus her attention on how we are at our best as that is what brings extraordinary results. All this hasn't happened overnight.
