Centre for Applied Cross-cultural Research (CACR)

The Centre for Applied Cross-Cultural Research (CACR) is a centre for excellent research into cross-cultural issues.

We were established in 2003 and our network includes more than 50 researchers across many disciplines. We are based in the School of Psychology at Victoria University of Wellington.

Within the cross-cultural field, our expertise is in:
Developing research questions from community concerns
Providing analysis that is insightful and rigorous
Tracking the latest international research
Training others to work across cultures

We particularly support and encourage research that can be useful to a community.
