Managing High Growth Boards
A full day course for current Board/Trustee members, Chairs of Boards and Trustees and anyone seeking a trusteeship or directorship.
Course Overview
High growth Boards face a number of unique issues early in the development of the product and at the time when investor capital is injected into the business. Growth of the organisation also brings with it a number of situations quite different from those of other boards.
It’s like a sailing a vessel in unchartered waters. You know where you want to go (your destination) but the tides change and the velocity of the wind varies, so you need to continuously read the signs understand the tidal and wind changes or they will blow you of course. You need to know the ports along the way, the havens where you can shelter as well as dangerous coral reefs.
