Governing, whether it is a small or large business, an organisation or a Trust brings challenges, obligations and accountabilities. Boardroom 360 is an organisation which is helping lift the veil off governance to ensure directors, business owners, trustees and future directors understand all aspects of ethical governance.

Boardroom360 is managed and run by the directors Dr Bev Edlin and Nick Dangerfield.

Dr Bev Edlin

BBS, MBA (Dist), DBA, M Inst D

With a background in marketing Bev has held senior management positions across a number of industry sectors.  Her responsibilities have been extensive including the overseeing a national education programme, major branding initiatives, product development and structuring companies for success.

She holds directorships in a number of private companies, acting as chair of one.  She believes in supporting the community and is a trustee of ECCT and chair of Horowhenua SuperGrans, past chair of FoRAS and past member of Wellington AfterCare.

Her doctoral thesis entitled ‘Corporate Governance: Determinants of Effective Decision-making’ has practical application to the working of boards.

Her enthusiasm for new ventures is evident through the various consultancies she retains. Her driver is to see boards worldwide working more effectively and she is keen to see the practice of governance becoming a key aspect driving SMEs forward.

Nick Dangerfield

B Com, FCA, CMA, M Inst D

Nick has had over 25 years of senior management experience including over 10 years as an Executive Director of the Interlock Group of companies, an exporting manufacturing business well-known for its innovative products and management practices. Nick has also been a member and chairperson of a number of not-for-profit boards.
